We had Polar Engraving do engraved tiles for our Webster sports club. Everyone loved them and our donor recognition project turned out better than expected. The tiles were professionally engraved and the staff was very helpful.

We just finished our new hockey rink for our school and had Polar Engraving create an engraved brick array with our team’s logo over the locker room doorways. It was the last finishing touch to the rink and it really made things come together. Extremely disappointed to read the responses from this company on the Better Business Bureau website. Poor product quality and terrible customer service. Our family purchased an engraved brick for our son that is part of a larger project in Southern California and every engraved brick in the project looks awful. The school tried to get Polar Engraving to fix them but they refused and blamed the school for the way they installed them. Polar claims to have the lowest price, it's no wonder why, the quality is downright awful! I would encourage any organization looking for a fundraiser to do your homework and be wary of this company.

Don't get fooled by the low price you get what you pay for. The guy on the phone barely spoke english and was so rude.
