Would never return to Lascko for service! I ended up paying $4200.00 for a new tub kit and a new sump pump installed with a new check valve. They took my original faucets from the old tub and replaced them with chrome finish even though there was nothing wrong with my original faucets and they were nickel finish. I told them I wanted my original faucets put back on so, they replaced the chrome shower head and handle with a set of nickel finish faucets they had at the shop and left the drain and plug in chrome finish so they do not even match! It has been 4 months since they did the job and have yet to return my original faucets and take this set off my bill. I paid with credit in the beginning and realized I had a coupon for $39 off but the work was not started so, they said no problem they could just cut me a check. When it was all said and done they said no they cannot honor the coupon because I paid in full with a credit card but they would give me Lascko bucks for future service. I do not want Lascko bucks as I will not return! They have yet to give me an itemized bill and tell me what I paid for the actual tub and faucets. Nobody knows how much the tub costs but yet it is the one they always use! I asked them to give me a breakdown of charges and return my original faucets and the office staff states that I have to talk "Jeff" because he has to "deal with me" what does that even mean? I am not the one in the wrong here! They are pretty shady to say the least!!!

Lascko Services is always professional. They not only know plumbing, they know how to do it with exceptional customer service. That is what makes all the difference.

Called Lascko for a repair job. They were unable to diagnose problem for 3 hours and when they did, the house call price tripled and they wanted to install a new pricey thermostat ($200+) when our thermostat was new, programmable, and was not broken. I called another company who came out and discovered the problem in about 3 minutes- a blown fuse on the computer board, they charged $45 to fix my problem. Lascko wanted almost $500.

Called for their $99 sewer line clean-out. Although the tech was friendly and professional, the line wasn't cleared. I was told it couldn't be cleared and the pipe was probably broken and then quoted a $5000 sewer line replacement. Called another company the next day and had it cleared completely. Appears the $99 special is only a ploy to sell people on services they don't necessarily need. I wouldn't recommend them.

Was quoted a cost up front twice for services (Fix A/C quote and a daycare inspection) from the home office. It was supposed to be the same cost since they were already there to look at the A/C and the items they needed to inspect were the same. I set up an appointment and when the technician arrived he started raising the cost for the initial visit and tried to quote more than double what I was told it would be to just do the initial items the home office agreed to. If this is how this company does the ole bait and switch then be very careful. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. Now I have to set-up a new appointment with another company. Should have known thier word was too good to be true.

We had them out to fix a drain issue in our bathroom. The tech was incredibly professional. Explained exaclty what we needed and acutally talked us out of fixing something that was not needed. We will definately use them again!
