Our products include printers, copiers, facsimile, wide format, scanners, paper shredders, and other business solutions. We offer both color and black and white multifunctional systems. Supplies and service are provided for this equipment as well as others. RTR is able to provide total document management and storage along with managed print services. RTR is the oldest independently owned business equipment dealer in the Pittsburgh area. We are locally owned and operated since 1966. All levels of management and ownership are located here and readily accessible. For over 45 years we have been providing the highest quality products and service to our customers. We are experienced at applying today's technology to your everyday business needs. RTR Business Products, Inc. was founded in 1966 with a focus on supplying high quality copiers, printers, and facsimile systems to businesses in Southwestern PA. During our history the focus has remained the same, build a strong business base by continually providing the highest quality products, service, technicians, support and delivery systems to our customer. The philosophy is simple never provide a reason for the client to question their decision to do business with RTR. In support of the above-mentioned philosophy, RTR only hires top quality factory trained technicians to provide the ongoing service and preventive maintenance required on your office systems. It is through a strict adherence to the manufacturer's guidelines for service and preventive maintenance that the Kyocera and Oki systems supported by RTR continue to operate reliably. Local dispatching of service technicians along with geographical zoning provides quick response to any service need of our customer. In addition, a multi-million dollar inventory of hardware, parts and supplies is continually maintained in order that our customer does not have to suffer downtime while waiting on a part to be ordered from the factory. Our responsibility is to keep your systems producing. RTR realizes that in a time of rapid technological advancements, it is imperative to provide technicians as well as sales and support staffs the needed training to embrace this advancing technology. As such, we utilize manufacturer's training programs as well as college/course tuition reimbursement programs to all employees of the company.
