Andy is the only helpful employee there and thank goodness he is the pharmacist. Several of the techs and even a couple of the pharmacists are just plain rude to customers. If you don't like your job then please find another one. Also, they have one of the slowest drive-thru services I have ever seen.

This place is terrible. They refused to follow my doctor's when it came to refilling medication until they finally talked to him. Called me back apologizing and said it would be ready on a specific date. When I got to the pharmacy drive thru the guy told me that there was another complication even though that person didn't tell me that. So after getting that "figured out" and him nonchalantly saying "I don't know what happened.." And refusing to let me speak to a manager he says "give me 20 minutes to get it ready." If someone made a mistake and caused problems for someone they should fix that problem right then. The worst attitudes and they don't exactly care if you get your medication right even if it's life threatening. They have told me they had my sons medication ready before and when I came to pick it up "just kidding. We don't have enough to fill it here. So you'll have to drive completely across town again to get it.." While he can't breathe. These people need to remember they are dealing with very important life altering things here..

I like the store in general. However, the bakery is awful. The quality is poor as far as a bakery is concerned. Publix beats them out by a long mile on that end. Kroger's Starbucks customer service is great.. however, they have not had Starbucks pastries for over a month now, which is ridiculous!! And they keep telling customers that they are going to do away with the protective sleeves for hot coffee drinkers. Main Starbucks branches never heard of that. So, whom ever the executives at Kroger are... obviously forgot about the McDonald's hot coffee lawsuit. Idiots!!

The fuel station is overprompt in towing vehicles. My daughter, a student at MTSU, lives a couple of blocks from this Kroger location and is a frequent customer. Unfortunately her car stalled at the fuel center last evening. Her father arrived from Pulaski before nine this morning to retrieve the car just as the tow truck also arrived. Talk about customer service! She talked with the attendent on duty last night but guess that wasn't good enough. She'll be buying her gas and groceries across the street from now on. The tow truck took the car a couple of blocks to her house instead of to the tow yard which saved us loads of trouble no thanks to the fuel station.
