This was the most horrific experience that I've ever experienced when purchasing furniture and being affiliated with the military, I've travelled and purchased from around the world. You'll receive superb customer service prior to making your purchase. After making a $2000 cash purchase for a living room suite that had to be ordered and delivered over a week later, we were exhilarated with our purchase but that quickly faded upon delivery. The delivery staff refused to remove the legs when bringing in the furniture even after my husband advised them that he thought it would be best. They scratched the wood on the back of both the love seat and the sofa. Upon contacting the store to request replacements because we paid $2000 for new furniture, we definitely did not expect to pay $2000 for damaged furniture. They were very smug and stated "when you calm down call us back in a couple of days & we'll have one of our technicians come out to cover up the scratches. Their staff damaged my $2000 furniture and we're just supposed to accept it. I told them I would take to small claims court and once again they arrogantly informed me to go ahead because I would be laughed out of court. I would never recommend this business to anyone because your wonderful customer services ends the moment they have your money. I would all military personnel and their family members to never patronize this business not anyone else who value excellent customer service after the sale.

Very nice people, great prices, not what I expected from the outside appearance of the store. I will go back and tell my friends

As soon as I walked in, someone was there to help me. They didn't follow you around like the other furniture store salesman because they don't work off commission, but they were always there when needed. They have a lot of great furniture here and priced wright. Any time I need furniture I plan to buy from here. Thank you for all your help guys.
