Purchased 3 appliances multiple mistakes strictly a reflection on dept. and store mngr's such a terrible experience will not purchase here again due to demonstrated incompetence by mngr's.

On Aug. 25 of this year I had to return a portable a/c that I had bought for the clinic where I worked. Tina assisted me in the transaction and made it a joy to do business with your store. I had my receipt and warranty. Tina took the old a/c and had a new one brought to the front. I told my husband "This is exactly how I wanted this to be handled." NO hassle or questions asked. Then we "browsed" the store not looking for anything in particular. We were looking at the washing machines because we have been unhappy with our front loader when Tom came up. We asked him about the different top loading machines and told us about them and there was a Labor Day sale going through the next week. He was VERY helpful and because of him and the interest he showed in us, we came back on Tues Aug 30th and bought the washer. We have purchased many items from your store and have been nothing but pleased with your sales people and service. We live in Mammoth Spring, AR but will return.

Do I recommend lowe's Home Improvement Centers? You bet I do! Our home is called a "Cape Cod", I call it "Our Lowe's Cape Cod" . From the cement blocks to the shingles on the roof it's Lowe's. I saw a refrigerator I liked in Missouri , (at Lowe's) called Lowe's in Mt. Home, Ark., ordered it to be delivered . went to see it later in the week and like the larger one. The very very nice sales person sold it to me for.the same price! Now,I must close so that I may order Seven Plantation Window Sutters. KRC

My husband and I are building a house in the area and didn't know where to begin to design our kitchen. To tell you the truth we were frightened, we had no idea where to begin. Your employee Jerry, was very helpful, he even came in early to help us design our dream kitchen. I don't know what we would of done without his advise. The installers were prompt, professional and very efficient. All in all your staff helped turn a very stressfull experience into an enjoyable project. Thank you all for everything.
