Mr Franklyn is a man of his word. Very reliable company and person. Very experienced at what he does. Will not let you down. Lets you know when all of your parts come in and gets right to your house to repair your scooter or chair immediately. I would love to keep Tristate as my repair service but my managed care network is not reliable when it comes to paying vendors for their work.
