Allan Vigil Ford truly went out of there way for me. I am one of those really picky people and I analyze everything. I test drove almost every car on the lot and had to find the right one in the right color. Then I wanted the wheels from a different car so they transferred them for me. I asked them to tint the windows and remove some ugly molding. After I was completely satisfied with the car is when we started the paperwork. They were very patient with me and i couldn't ask for the outcome to be any better.

Allen Vigil Ford really went out of there way for me. I got my car from them about 6 months ago and it was used. I needed a good price so I went with a older car, it wasnt certified and only had a 30 day guarantee. I started having problems with it and the transmission went out on it last week. I called them and they had it towed in at no cost to me. They had the problem fixed in 2 days. I got a quote on how much it was going to be and it was a pretty penny. My sales men spoke to the service mgr and asked to try and help me out. Just because I purchased the car from them, I was a returning customer and they wanted to try and help me out, they gave me a inhouse rate. The labor droped about 400. Im really happy I went with Allen Vigil and they really do stand behind their work.
