My wife showed up for an appointment on July 20th that she booked 6 months ago. There was a hand-written sign on the door said "out of business" and the phone had been disconnected. This is less than two weeks after Mary H's experience.



We've been coming here for several years with no problem. Now we have no idea how to get our records transferred to a new dentist.

Dr. Campbell claimed my son had 2 small cavities. Two years later, still no cavity found by x-rays and new dentist. She also filled a cavity for my husband and neglected to inform him that amalgam was a cheaper available choice. I addition, the office billed above the negotiated Delta Dental amount, until I finally sent copies of my complaint with Delta Dental. I truly believe she is unethical in both dental and business practices.

I agree with one of the other reviews, she does over charge and they do work and have stuff done that is not needed. I was told my daughter had a cavity and I got tired of the over charging anyways so I went to a different, lot nicer dentist office. I told them the previous dentist said she had a cavity that needs filled and when they examined her they found nothing. I knew then not only does she over charge but she recommends unnecessary work for more money.

Horrible.... Over charges beyond what the insurance says you should pay. Does work that's not needed. Just all the way around very bad experience. I do not like anything about the place.

Do not go here, they over charge and I can speak from experience. Her and her hygienist will recommend work that does not need to be done just to get more money. Save your money and the health of your teeth and go somewhere else. You can search the BBB and find they will not even stand behind her.

She over charges and they do work and have stuff done that is not needed for more money. Save your time and wallet look elsewhere.

What a hack. Greedy, money hungry. Always suggests work that doesn't need to be done.

HIghly recommend. Dr. Word made a very good decision when he choose Dr. Campbell to take over his dental practice. I like her just as much if not more than Dr. Word (and he was really good).

She is a great dentist with friendly staff. Great with all ages.
