I have loaned from CIC a couple of times. When my bill was due on Jan. 3, 2013, I didn't have the funds & asked about making payment arrangements. I was told that if I did NOT pay my bill in FULL by Jan. 4, my account would be going to collections. As of 1/13/2013, I have not heard one word from CIC or their collection agency. On Jan. 12, somebody (CIC or the collection agency) attempted to take the funds out of my checking account, without talking to me first, thus resulting in my bank charging me for the bounced check. Seems that no one listens, nor do people do their jobs!
