I ordered flowers through Covent Garden Florals & Gifts for my fiance on her birthday. I was told they would be... (More) I ordered flowers through Covent Garden Florals & Gifts for my fiance on her birthday. I was told they would be delivered in time before she got off work,"WE WILL GET THEM THERE WAY BEFORE SHE GETS OFF WORK" and they were not. in the mean time i called twice to verify their delivery and the first call she said "they were out for 20 mins... and should be delivered any time now". Two hours later i call back which is 15 mins before my fiance gets off work and they say that they cannot get on base that the flowers will not be delivered and then hung up on me. So i go to the store and complain that i want my refund and they refuse, saying its not their fault they couldnt deliver and that its not there policy to call the customer if there is a delivery issue. My issue with CGF&G is that they did not seem to care that i spent 86.00 dollars for a service that they didnt provide, and wouldnt even refund the $8.00 for delivery. They dont care about customer satisfaction they just want your $.  (Hide)
