This place is BUSY! One day, I had to wait 50 minutes to even be served. It is best to make an appointment. Like one user has said, the polish chips in just a few days. I like this place because they are less rough the nail tools, unlike my old nail salon. The gel powder used for my fill-ins seems more mild on my skin, too. The prices are more than the other places I have been to, but the staff are just so nice and friendly. I would recommend!

I went with a friend to get a mani/pedi yesterday and both are already chipping and ruined. I got a natural french manicure and the tips don't even reach the tip of my nails, there is polish all over my cuticles, and my toes look ghastly and uneven. The man who did my manicure was apparently the owner and when I tried to tell him I didn't like what he was doing to my first few fingers and wanted to switch to a solid color he pretended not to understand me and continued. He yelled at customers, answered the phone angrily after letting it ring 5-7 times, and (most importantly) RUSHED my manicure to get to other patrons.The worst part is that my friend (who had beautiful, long natural nails) called me last night to say that her nails were breaking off and brittle from whatever solutions they used.I spent $40-something and I now have to go to another salon to fix what they screwed up. DON'T go to this horrible place.

Body Serene Spa does evoke images of luxury, but this is more about marketing. This has nothing to do with luxury. You go here to get your nails and toenails painted. I personally go to get my body waxed. The staff is crude and rude. When they do your nails, they damage the natural ones by treating them like they are artificial. I had my nails and toenails done twice and this was the result. The toenails were filed so badly that they formed white spots. The nail polish lasted exactly 2 days.Now, I like the waxing, but the women stay stuff like "you are very hairy" and they are very crude. I would not recommend this place if you think you will get luxury. You will be sorely disappointed.

My mom and I thought we were going to have a relaxing day together at the spa. We made appointments and from the time we arrived we were treated disrespectfully. They did not want us to tell them what we wanted done for our pedicures and they didn't "approve" of the colors we chose. I guess they wanted us to have some elaborate designs to meet their approval. They did a sub-par job on our mani and pedi and we will never go again. The name and the website gives the impression of a quiet, serene salon, but instead it is no more than a "In-and -out nail salon" that you find on every corner. They are so interested in rushing people in and out that they forget about the pampering and customer service that they claim to have. We will never go again and we recommend Doug's 2 for a classy experience.
