He treated me like a low-life citizen after I shelled out almost $1,100 to have 7 extractions and a lower plate made. That was EVERY DIME I had to my name and this man brought me to TEARS while doing the extractions. He was hurting me and clipping my gums, although I wasn't supposed to feel that, and stopped what he was doing saying "I KNOW you are numb!" "You can't feel what I"m doing" - meanwhile my mouth is full of guaze to catch the saliva and blood that was pooling up in the bottom of my mouth....so I couldnt' respond verbally at all. There was NO assistant in the room with us either, so he could say whatever he wanted and get away with it with no witnesses. I have had many teeth pulled over the years by vaious dentists, and this was the last extractions for me, and the most horrible dental experience of my life! The rest of the staff were very kind and courteous, but the "man" has your money and don't care about you!  (Hide)
