(More) Dr. Ktnard Adams is very caring, as he listens and gives feed back; however, his office workers have little to be desired when trying to call for an appointment, as they put you on an indefinite hold, which you then hang up and call back, sometimes numerous times, just to speak with Sadie, whom is always professional when scheduling an appointment. I give Dr. Adams and Sadie five stars and the rest of the office staff a half a star.  (Hide)
