Have been dealing with them about 20 years, have NEVER been disappointed. Customer Service is always a top priority, staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They are discreet when processing loans and respect your privacy. Use state of the art equipment to catalog items, including digital photos. If you need questions answered, they don't mind taking the time to explain until you do understand. If you go in 5 times and ask 5 people a question, you would get the same answer from all of them. They also have a nice selection of custom made jewelry (not from pawn) available, with great sales around Christmas.
