Helped me with my plantar fasciitis....severe heel and arch pain....Had a previous positive experience with my mother's diabetic feet....Extremely pleased with both experiences. After two agonizing evenings in $300 shoes from an upscale department store, I tried this small specialty store for dress shoes to wear with a tux at my son's wedding. The expertise of the staff is obvious from the start. Within a few minutes my numerous foot problems had been assessed and I was trying out properly sized shoes (with orthotics). Most of my time in the store was spent walking around the store in the good-looking footwear until I was confident that they would work. This past Saturday I spent nine straight hours in these shoes, which cost considerably less than the shoes that had me crippled in nine minutes. I was relieved and grateful that the Family Shoe Center solved my problem. I even danced.

They helped cure my plantar fasciitis when nobody else could do anything to help ease my pain!They did a full evaluation of my feet including a computerized analysis and talked to me about the ways in which I was damaging my feet. After being fully educated about my condition, I was able to stop the damage and heal! I will be forever grateful to them! If you have any kind of foot pain, even knee, hip, or back pain, I think they can help you. They definitely deserve a 5-star rating!

I had problem diabetic feet and chronic foot pain. Their pedorthist specializes in diabetic feet and took a great deal of time evaluating my condition and fit me in the correct type of footwear and support. Now, I can walk comfortably and do all the things I need to do. They helped my grand-daughter with her foot problem too! I would recommend them highly!
