I have been using Monroe Insurance all of my adult life and they have been more on top of my policies than I was. They have helped me save money and have been very responsive to my requests for help.

Too bad about the other review. Monroe Insurance has been my agent for thirty-plus years for car insurance and fourteen years for homeowners insurance and they have always been helpful and gone above and beyond whenever I have had questions or needed advice re insurance needs.

BE WARNED; If you're looking for an insurance broker that will treat you like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to be in their presence, this is the place for you. For some reason I have been dealing with these pompus jerks for several years now. I have had policies canceled for no reason without notice.Today I found out I had another policy canceled for non-payment... these jerks set-up the autopay.I called to find why I wasn't informed and they said they sent 3 letters bull I've asked for quotes and been completely ignored. At this point they've cost me a ton of money and countless hours of aggravation. I'm done with them. the task of transferring my many policies to another brokerage will be an arduous one, but well worth the effort for the releif in the end I'm sure. I suppose I have only myself to blame, after all I have left my policies there for years in spite of all the problems. If everyone with problems with these people left they would have been out of biz years ago
