I lived in the first apartments I told them I worked in L.A. and that I would mailed my rent in. I have to take my client around to pay her bills and other errands on the first of the month. My sister came into town and I was at work they did an inspection while my sister was there she had only been there two days, because she had put things away in the closet they took pictures said my sister stayed there so they gave me a 3 day notice. I had never been evicted before and didn't understand the procedure so I sold and gave away my things people in the apartment. I didn't know I could have fought it. I didn't want someone to break in place like they did the other tenant who use to work down below and their own employees broke in. I didn't want that to happen to me and my daughter.

I moved in the back because it was easy for me to catch the dollar ride then they locked the gate between the two apartments. Then I moved to the older apt. then they locked the back gate and cars had to go out the front gate.Even the side back gate is welded shut how do they expect people with disabilities to get out quickly if need be.These apartments are suppose to be for the handicapped to , but the phone is not hooked up to the intercom to let someone in especially if there's an emergency. These are the most shadiest people you ever want to meet.

The manager in the complex of park palace 1 has been very exceptional with all the tenants of his/her managing skills and referrals.The manager of park palace 1 has been professional courteous and fair with all tenants and people trying to receive residence here at this housing establishment.Some tenants feel that this manager should be recognized and given some condolences in the achieved positive relationship shared with the tenants at park palace 1.Possibly a sort of gratuity,given pot luck or office party,or maybe some help in the area of fiscal financing.Sincerely community activist of kern county.

the management of park palace 2 needs to be more professional and non discriminative with their tenants.For example stereotyping with racial bias,(minority,african american,young african american teens,and women)The rules of these complexes are changed subject to fit favortism,towards the managements needs and only in favor of the tenants that they seem to have quaint relations with.Also to say that its been brieved that the supervising management has done ilregular criminal background checks on tenants and sharing this information with other residence,which is not professional nor ehically a legality of the complex rules or laws deemed of california realestate penal codes.Understand that doing a background check is at times neccesary,with rental agreemants for the tenants welfare and being of their families involved,yet also its not the job of the management and the employees to slander statements of their tenants living in the residence,and or trying to get rental of residence.Sincer

Park Palace Apts I are run efficiently the manager is great she does her job very well. Any repairs that are need it she gets on them right away. Not like Park Palace II the management is lousy dont do repairs in a timely manner. They gossip with tenants about other tenants and staff. You cant get in touch with the owner because his office staff are related to the management in Park Palace II and he doesn't get the complaints. They have their chosen tenants that they let get away with murder. They have bible study and that is even a mess they talk about each other and the management. They need to hire new management quickly.

What can be said about this place. If you don't want a management team that is available on the weekends then this is the place for you. I have found that with no management team around, the tenants can do whatever they want and not get into trouble for it. I can honestly say that this place was the worst mistake we ever made. I for one do not enjoy the tenants being able to do what they want when they want. If there is nobody around to enforce the rules about the noise level, you pretty much have a noise level that is unbearable to live in. The children that are here are rude and they love to bully. The management can't get a handle on this because the parents of these said children are arguing that it couldn't be their child doing the bullying. You don't want to have a new car while living here since the children enjoy keying the cars. I for one would tell you to save your time and money and not consider this place.
