Real Estate Real Estate inspections are our specialty. With over 45 years of experience, our inspectors are well versed in the changing market conditions. We will provide fast, accurate reports complete with repair estimates to satisfy your needs. We will bill through escrow at no additional charge. We can provide the report, estimate, perform any necessary repairs and fax or e-mail your paperwork to escrow. Secure Pest & Inspection provides this service in Merced, Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Sacramento counties. Bay area inspections are available upon request at an additional fee. We have inspectors and work crews available now. Think You Might Have Termites? Our inspectors can perform a limited inspection, identify the pest and provide a free estimate to eliminate the infestation. Identification is key. Subterranean termites travel from underground and attack unseen. Secure Pest & Inspection will apply a chemical barrier to stop them from entering your home. Drywood termites live in the wood of your home. No contact with the ground or moisture source is necessary. A colony is usually present for up to 5 years before they are noticed. Fumigation may be necessary to eliminate the colony. Estimates for repair are also available at no charge.
