The tech told me to remove my contacts and "meet her" in another room - great if I could see without my contacts, which I can't. So I have to try to find the room while not being able to see my hand in front of my face! Then the doctor changed my contact prescriptions to a lens that has to be specially ordered by the practice at $49 per box, rather than the commercially available lens ($28 per box) that I've worn comfortably for the last 8 years. When I asked to have the prescription revised to the commercially available lens, they refused, unless, of course, I would pay for another visit to the doctor for a new "fitting." If I have to pay for a new appointment, I'm going somewhere where the staff knows what it is doing! (Hide)
