She teaches other practitioners to do the work she brings to the table: She's a former instructor for St. John Seminars and is the founder of Practical Movement, a seminar company that specializes in therapeutic movement education. Her students (and her clients) include physical therapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, Feldenkrais practitioners, Pilates instructors, and personal trainers. Her approach is to look at the body structurally to determine what is keeping the muscles from creating balance in the body. When the muscles are balanced, pain is usually greatly reduced.Deborah's goal is to help every individual reach toward pain-free movement in daily life. Please give her a call today to discuss your specific circumstances. She may be able to help.
