I like the service I get at Superior Brookdale Ford--they point out what I need or will need to have serviced in the future on my Mercury, without being pushy. The staff is very pleasant. The whole experience has been very positive and I am happy.

I was very happy with the quality of the work done by the servicing department. However, I am very disappointed in how many problems I've had with my new Taurus. The quality has not met my expectations and I am not sure that I will buy a Ford again.
