Mr. Madigan graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1981, where he served as an Editor of the William Mitchell Law Review and later as an Adjunct Professor. Mr. Madigan is licensed to practice before Minnesota and Wisconsin State Courts, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, for the First, Fourth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He serves as an Arbitrator on the American Arbitration Associations' Complex Commercial Panel. Mr. Madigan has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by the Minnesota Journal of Law and Politics for the last ten years. Mr. Madigan currently serves as a Commissioner on the Metropolitan Airport Commission and as a Manager on the Board of the South Washington Watershed District. He also served from 1996-2006 as a City Council Member of Woodbury, Minnesota.Mr. Dahl received his B.S. (Summa Cum Laude) and Masters Degree (with honors) in Public Administration from Northern Michigan University. While attending NMU on an athletic and academic scholarship Mr. Dahl was honored as an All American by the NCAA. Mr. Dahl graduated (Cum Laude) from Hamline School of Law in 1983, where he was a published author and served as a primary editor of the Hamline Law Review. Mr. Dahl is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice before Minnesota State courts, U.S. District Courts, and several tribal courts throughout the United States.Throughout his career, Mr. Dahl has been actively engaged in a nationwide practice involving a broad range of sophisticated commercial business clients. He has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in complex commercial disputes involving trade secrets, non-competition agreements, and other employment related matters.Mr. Harlan graduated from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul in 1990 and thereafter clerked for the Honorable Peter J. Lindberg in the Hennepin County District Courts. At William Mitchell, he served as an Associate Editor of the William Mitchell Law Review. Mr. Harlan is licensed to practice before the Minnesota State Courts, U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. Mr. Harlan has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by the Minnesota Journal of Law and Politics.Since 1991, Mr. Harlan has been continuously active in commercial law and litigation focusing on business, construction and real estate law.
