A totally authentic menu of coastal village delicacies start with seafood, cerviches, and flavorful simple food, but include classic Mexican dishes as well. Restaurant Indio is very open, with the bar and kitchen in the center of the room, allowing guests to watch the chef as he prepares freshly made tortillas or fires your meal in a large brick oven.
