They not only know their stuff, they appreciate the customer! Excellent service and selection.

(More) My fiance and I were very impressed by how we were treated, by the attention given to our order and by the level of expertise this store has. They take the time to visit with customers so they understand what the customer needs, what the customer wants, and what will fit the customer best. We were shown lots of great options, and at no time got the feeling they were trying to pad the bill. They don?t try to carry every single company on the planet, but limit their album selection to only books that are good quality, worth the price and have reputations for solid work (also: no out of date albums are there to make it look like they have a bigger selection than they really do...we ran into that in another store very nearby). If there was a question, the owner knew the answer. If we had a request, she got the printing company on the phone (in what were friendly calls...another good sign when the store has a positive relationship with their suppliers). There are a shelf full of awards and framed magazine articles behind the front counter, all national, which does not surprise me at all. For a smaller boutique, Details Ink rivals (and surpasses) stores ten times larger. This is a lot of quality packed in a lovely, locally owned package.  (Hide)
