      The Bryant-Lake Bowl was re-imagined in 1993, when it was transformed from an Uptown dive bar with a game room into a bustling open-bowling spot with an American grill menu and a 90-seat cabaret theater. But some traditions remain: Every closing time since the 1970s Roger Engmark has told patrons, “You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here.” The BLB is an historical establishment that serves locally sourced food all day everyday alongside the bowling lanes and theater. Featuring craft cocktails and extensive beer and wine lists, Bryant Lake Bowl is a local landmark not to be missed.
