I came in to just see what they had to offer, with no real plans to by a new car. our Salesman Eddie Roberts was great. not pushy and listened to what we wanted and or needed to fit our lifestyle. we decided to trade both our cars in for a ford explorer and we just love it. Eddie was able to get us the deal on our terms. but my only problem was, i have had to go back 4 times to resign papers on the car at their error. each time with a different monthly payment, so i think they should get their financing department more ontop of things, thats doesnt make for such a good opinion of them. I believe the best part of this whole experience was the Salesman Eddie Roberts, if it wasnt for him i would have backed out and gone elsewhere. on the positive side, they paid for all my gas each time i had to go back in to resign.

I had the best service experience of my life when I brought my Suzuki Forenza in to Gladstone Suzuki for a check up. My car was missing and I brought a Gladstone Suzuki coupon in for a $99 injector cleaning service. Scott (the service manager) and his staff looked over my car and told me they didn't think it needed an injector cleaning. They swapped out the spark plugs and it runs like a Swiss watch now! I was so impressed with their honesty and expertise that when it comes time to buy a new car, I will probably buy a new Suzuki just to get their service!

Early February after being reasigned to Longview Washington for work Jacob again helped us by getting us into a small economical car to make the 80 mile daily round trip since driving my 02 V10 Excursion was not cost effective. Saturday June 04 2011. After realizing that paying for the Excursion and the Mitsu plus gas wasn't any more cost effective with the continual high rise in gas prices, I contacted Jacob and he, Mike Case, and Steve went to work and again they AMAZE me. I am now in a Super Duty Powerstroke! Your dealership is amazing and your employees (Jacob, Mike Case, and Steve) are the bomb. They never looked down on us, they always told us straight without insulting and they always went above and beyond. i went there and test drove a 2002 turbo diesel centurion truck they were asking 27,000 they wouldn't go down on the price and it had 150,000 miles not that great so we went farther down and found ray the owner of zwhalen car dealer and there we bought an 02 6.6 trumeaux turbo diesel fully loaded with tow package 4x4 for 21,000 and hell treat you like a good person so go to zwahlen or anyplace else

I found Gladstone Suzuki to be a really down to earth place to car shop. They let me look around and pick several cars to see which one I qualified for. They helped me with my credit issues and make an amazing deal on a car I can afford. This is my third Suzuki from Gladstone Suzuki and I will continue to go back for service as well. Great job guys!

I had the same experience. Found one of their rigs on-line, called them and they said yes I could buy it for the listed price on the website. Got there and they raised the price of the truck $3,000 and made all sorts of promises. Not one of them honored. Save yourself the slimmy sales tatics and go somewhere else.

After being pre-approved for $20,000, and providing the finance manager with a vin# for a vehicle I wanted for that price the dlr said that the truck I wanted was not the one for the agreed price once I got there. I went out of my to have a friend see the truck and talk to the dealer before driving there. The manager said he could definitely get me into the truck before I drove there for $20,000. The price when I showed up with my father increased to $27,000 while they gave us the run-a-round and tried every excuse in the book to cover up their lies. I wish someone else would have rated the dlr before I went to Gladstone Suzuki. My recommendation is to get financed externally and purchase a vehicle elsewhere to avoid being blamed for their intentional and unethical wrongdoing!
