Need to find more job opportunity for people who live in and around the area...jobs that are willing to train or entry level position or get just more companies involved..to many people out of work and not enough jobs to go around...most I find...80% are not qualified..such as OTR truck drivers, or health field or companies expecting you to drive your car and use your mileage for their benifit and put the ware and tare on your own car...rediculous. You temp agency are sopose to help us get work put us down for availability and we still get no calls. If I worked at any temp agency..I would at least give a person a call once in awhile to see if they have found work or not yet and let them know they are still on the waiting list! More companys just need to hire straight through the door as far as I'm concerned.

If you are working for the division that is in Montgomery you must keep an eye on your check. This division pays on insentive and not all the times the correct amount is reported correctly or on time. The turn over rate is tremendous and work flow can be oe week you need 20 selectors an 25 unloaders and the following week can drop to 5 selectors all depending the needs of their client. Employees unloading get paid at 9.00hr, they are given 1 trailer per person depending the load, if you get it done in 4 hours you make $72 in 4hrs. But you hope that there are no wrapping issues or it will impact your pocket. Each truck is worth $72. If another employee is added to help you the cost is cut in half. Each one of you will split the cost of the $72.
