We have been a customer of PineBrook Kennels for over two years now. We use their services for boarding and have also used their doggie boot camp. What a success, they taught us how to manage our excitable Retriever. We now have a great addition to our family thanks to the help to the help of the folks at PineBrook.

We had one good experience and one really bad. The good one was a weekend where our dog was well taken care of well. The second was poor customer service. We called to make sure there was room for our dog. We were told part of the time the kennel was full and part would work. When we called to confirm that a couple of days later we were told that it was impossible to take our dog at all for the time periord. When I informed the person that we were promised part of the week, she told us that she would look into it and get back. Well, they never got back to us leaving us with a dog to find care for last minute.

We had to go out of town on very short notice and my vet recommended Yahweh. This place is fantastic. The owners are very nice and genuinely care for the animals. My doggies were happy and tired when they came back home. My dogs ran out of their food on the last day they were staying at Yahweh and the owner went out and bought a small bag to hold them over instead of giving them what they have there to avoid changing their diet! They gave me numerous phone numbers to get a hold of them if I was concerned about my pets. Wonderful place.
