      Curt's Smokin' Ribs is a respectable bbq joint with excellent bbq brisket, fine hot wings speedy service. The meats are long marinated & this place takes bbq seriously. Call ahead & catering available as well as in season, outdoor dining near the smoker. The inside is bare bones diner style dining, takeaway is advised. Side dishes are dismal, brisket outstanding. Specials like smoked trout available in the takeout case. Usually can find a good coupon on their website. Worth a visit.

      Our barbeque is cooked low and slow. The baby-back ribs are very tender and flavorable, coming off the bone cleanly and easily. The pulled pork has a richness that is punctuated by the oak and hickory smoke. Grilled chicken, smoked hot sausage, boneless ribs, and the very BEST WINGS around with a choice of 28 sauces or 6 dry rubs. The beef brisket we've developed is quickly becoming a legend. Tender beyond belief. Enjoy the meats slathered in our sweet, tangy original BBQ sauce, or the smoky Chipotle BBQ sauce, or the Honey Habanero BBQ sauce, or a delicious vinegary Carolina sauce, or just enjoy them naked in all their dry-rubbed glory. Our wood-fired stone oven turns out a terrific array of traditional pizzas in addition to a dozen specialty pizzas. The specialty pizzas include the ever-popular Margherita pizza, Pizza Bianca (a white pizza with anchovies, onions, and rosemary), both red and white Quattro Formaggio, and variety of other creative selections.
