I ALSO HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT HOW WEAK THE CUPS WERE.MY WIFE BOUGHT A COKE AND WAS BRINGIUNG IT HOME TO MY HANDICAPED MOTHERINLAW.AND IT TOTALLY COLAPIZED.AND SPILLED ALL OVER MY LIVING ROOM CARPET. NEXT,WHEN THE PERSON AT THE WINDOW HANDED ME THE BAG IT RIPED AND THE FOOD SPILLED IN MY LAP.AND THE BEST PART IS WHEN I ARIVED HOME I WAS MISSING THE CHICKEN NUGGETS I HAD ORDERED FOR MY SON OF 8 YEARS OLD. I TRIED TO CALL BACK TO THE RESTRUANT AND ALL I GOT WAS THE FAX MACHINE. I WILL NEVER STOP AT ARBYS AGAIN.
