Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Very, very rude people. I had an appointment and got dirty looks when I walked in with my daughter. I was told to "hurry up" and pick out my color because she had another client coming in. Well, no one showed up the entire time we were there! Tied to talk to them and all they did was ignore us and talk amongst themselves!!! I will NEVER go back to that awful place again. And I will never say anything good about it.

I have gone to Filene's for about 6 months now, each time hoping it would get better. As for cleanliness and technique, Filene's is wonderful. But as for customer relations, they are AWFUL. Don't dare try to make small talk....they will almost laugh in your face. And any issues you have are obviously YOUR FAULT because apparently they know everything and are perfect. So if you enjoy being treated rudely, this is the place to go. It's a shame - as I said, I do think that for the most part they do good work on your nails. But I will no longer support a business that does not value its customers.
