0They NEVER answer the phone! Our mailbox was hit by a drunk driver, along with about 6 of our neighbors, and I tried to call to find out what to do about our mail. The phone rang and rang and rang. No one ever picked up. Really? How hard is it to answer the phone? And when you go there to pick something up, there are two people working the counter and a huge line. HATE this facility.
