At a cost of $14, I didn't expect a gourmet meal but I did expect a decent dinner. I should have known that the meal would be less than stellar when I was asked "what kind of pasta" side dish I wanted with my ravioli. I was disappointed when I picked up my meal and found 6 lobster ravioli. But I was hopeful that, at least, the ravioli would be flavorful. Unfortunately I did not detect any lobster taste at all. The meal also came with a side of salad. I asked for blue cheese dressing. This was a mistake as well - there was no taste of blue cheese; the dressing tasted like mayonaise. In addition to the 6 ravioli, the side of pasta, and the salad, I received a roll and butter, which was also flavorless. I won't be going back. (Hide)

(More) We use to visit Jerry's Pizza frequently when they were on Washington Street. We then moved to the south side of town, so did not buy pizza from them for several years. When the recently moved to South Main Street, we decided to give them another try. What a HUGE disappointment! I ordered white clam pizza. My husband ordered pepperoni pizza. His was unremarkable, but mine was horrible. There was very little clam, and the clam was minced so finely that it was barely discernable. The little bit of minced clam was in the center of the pizza, with just a few flecks on the outer rim. The only taste was of the thick mozzarella covering the entire pie. After 1 piece, I could no longer eat it. This was take-out, and I have never returned a meal before. But I decided to return this one. When I arrived back at the restaurant, I politely said that I felt the pizza was not very good and that I would like a refund. The manager was rude, dismissive and condensending. She refused to give a refund. (Hide)
