The delivery driver(s) at this location don't appear to understand how a doorbell works. Shouldn't this be covered in Package Delivery 101? I have repeatedly left notes on the front door when expecting a package, asking the driver to ring the bell, knock loud, or even call me. I work from home, so I am always here on days when packages are due for delivery. I don't understand how something so simple can pose difficulty to the UPS driver.

Ups is very frustrating but the guy at the cusomer counter makes things happen and he is awesome
