The two men who came to my house were very clean a didn't mind me watching and asking questions. They even told me to ask as many as I like. They even showed me the inside of my chimney with this video camera computer. I was very impressed, and will not use another chimney sweep from now on.

We have been using Mason's Chimney Services for our chimney cleaning for some time now. They are great! We originally picked them because they use a camera to inspect the inside of the chimney. We found out that our chimney had had a fire in it and was severely damaged. Something that would have been missed without a camera inspection! Ed and Rich came and made all of the necessary repairs which were covered by insurance. They have been coming out every year since to do the cleaning. They are punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and personable. We recommended them to our friends who also think that they are great! Your chimney will be well taken care of by Mason's. I have been a customer of Mason's Chimney Services for a number of years. They have replaced the chimney on my home when it was determined the chimney was "dangerous and out of code". They have also evaluated my home for appropriate CO detectors and educated me on the best way to locate them. I had a problem with my gas dryer venting and they quickly and effectively resolved the problem. In all cases they have been responsive, professional, respectful and concerned that they met my needs. I highly recommend Mason's! I was particularly impressed when my local township Building Inspector told me, when he came to inspect the chimney work Mason's had done, that I had chosen a "top notch company to do the work"! Ed Ridgeway has cleaned and serviced all our families chimneys for the last twenty or more years. We have never had a problem or complaint on anything they have done for us. They have lined three, rebuilt one capped four, and cleaned them all over the years.

Wow. Great service. They covered my floors with tarps and used shoe covers. They called before arriving and were on time. They used a video inspection system to inspect my chimney after they cleaned it to verify they got all the dirt out and check for any pre-existing damage. They showed me where the flues overheated and cracked. I received a detailed report and estimate with pictures, submitted it to my homeowners insurance and they covered the repair...no questions asked!. Even the insurance company was impressed. I did some checking on these guys and no other company even comes close to holding as many certifications as the individuals at Mason's Chimney Service. I don't see how the other company I had out inspected my chimney without the video inspection. I'm glad I called these guys.
