Been going to Milano's since I moved here from the Midwest & by far the biggest full service music store in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Band instruments, sheet music, in-house repairs & a knowledgeable staff. The drum department may be the best in town, Tom has chased down oddities for my vintage Premier & Slingerland kits. They have all the top drum brands & a boutique line to boot! Check them out when you're in the neighborhood, or give them a call to put aside what you need because they will have it!

Knowledgable and helpful. Good selection. One of the few places that has Soldier straps (the best). Prices as good as anywhere else, trade in's better. I go there as often as I can.

Very helpful, I went in to get some drum heads and was amazed they had every weird size and type I asked for.....that almost never happens anywhere! I will be back!

When my daughter needs any supplies for high school band I don't hesitate to come here! They have such a wide selection and we always find everything she needs with no hassle! The empoyees definitely care about their costumers and it shows.

I have been in this area for only a couple of years. These guys have the best selection of any store around. Always helpful with special ordering some of the esoteric things I need (want). Really, I stopped going anywhere else.

Never had a customer Service issue here at all? Weird? This is my go to music store in AZ. Best selection, fair pricing and always bend over backwards to make sure I get the right thing. I can't imagine a better selection of percussion gear? And they rent school instruments as well, my son rented a sax for a couple of years through them. Love the giant wall of guitars, makes me with I had learned to play back in the day!

I like the selection. But, really, that's about it. The customer service was pretty horrible. Usually I don't make a point of writing reviews or anything like that, but these people are not only unfriendly, they are terrible. I don't think I've felt more uncomfortable in any other store.

But I did like the selection.

I have rented from them and was not happy with the employees or service. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I know the sax is an expensive model. The repair was worth about $25 anywhere else. When they gave me the bill they had charged me $120. I'll never go back.

Some of their teacher are hard heads and say you are good went you are not just to gey your money. The second thing they don't have place s for wheel chair to learn the drums. Check other place for lessons.

at one time they care about the student, not anymore. Its all about money,they dont care about who gets hurt, like this breaking out the bands.

Provides good starter instuments for school age kids. The rentals are good for kids entering band for the first time or those that aren't sure if they want to commit to a certain instrument.

This Mesa retail establishment has had a solid presence in the community for years. A great place to shop for or rent a musical instrument. Excels in customer service.
