I always shop at Piatak Meat but not anymore I will not recommend this company to anyone. I usually call in a order because I am disable and was told I could. I called about my ticket total , I told the young man I was across the street at ULTA FOODS parking lot but he told me my ticket was not around him and he was taking care of a customers and they were very busy. I arrived 2mins later and counted 3 customers ...I guess all the customer had left. I stated that they looked busy...not. I asked a young man was he who I spoke to , because he laughed when I can in and ran to the back . He came back over when I was complaining to the very apologetic young lady helping me. He said that he had lied to me and he wasn't busy and he just want to help me . I have never experience such rude behavior and I spending my money ,. We exchanged a few more words and I wanted to speak to the manager. I asked him his name he told that was none of business, He was the manager and if I wanted to make a complaint I would have to speak with one of the owners. I told him I would remember his name from previously (I believe it is Daniel) , he gave me a business card with owner name and telephone number 980-3520 that Piatak number, so who would I be reporting him to ? This young man does not think much of his customers or his elders and I told him that in Bible you should respect your elders for long life.... sadly he said to me yeah, right, I guess he is one of the owners relatives, I didn't even receive all my items that were on my list tht I had paid for . I had to call back I was hung up on and I called and I spoke with a very friendly young lady named Michelle. She said I could pick up my item and she make a note of this. Thank God for some people kindness. Beware of the treatment from the manager !!!! 09-09-2013
