Purchased a check scanner from Vecmar. Couldn't get it to connect at first, but talked to their tech support and we figured it out after a few minutes. Works great and very happy with their service.

We ordered a Zebra 105SL Printer about 2 months ago and have yet to be able to get labels
printed correctly or at all. Their technical support is a joke and knows nothing about what they are selling. I was told also that a manager would have to handle this. Very Disappointing!

They have been avoiding the part missing printer sold by them. Tech support just ignored request to send out replacement one. Never going to purchase from them again. Do not buy from them.

We ordered 6 Zebra 140xiii printers as the 105SL printer is garbage. They worked great we have had no problems and customer service was knowledgeable.The price was great and was shipped next day air no charge to us.

Ordered a product that said was in stock. 8 days later no follow up emails, tracking, etc... I called and apparently the Manager/Owner doesn't work on Fridays so no one could tell me what was going on with my order. Asked to cancel and they told me that the manager (of course) would have to do it. Very small company and unprofessional
