Great customer service and all of their employees know their stuff!
Our TV was delivered on Dec 23, I called back stating the side and back of the TV was faded like it was a return....sat in sun light. It took three days to return my call after speaking with someone that day. I've been told twice of delivery dates which were not true, they kept it the same original date which would not work out. I'm to this day waiting on our TV January 5th! (I've been on the phone with them NUMEROUS times....can't tell you how long I had to hold!
