3 generations of our family have had a wonderful experience with this family run pharmacy. You are definitely not a number, but a friend here! Tommy, Alice and their well trained staff are so helpful with hints and medications! I also like that when Tommy gives me my flu shot it doesn’t hurt! What a blessing to have this level of service in little old Mechanicsville..

2nd time the "Almighty Tommy Thompson" could not have been ruder, but THIS time DURING a conference call with representative from insurance company AND hung up before all questions were answered. I guess when political season approaches I'll be sure to sit at the counter where my husband's aunt worked for years and I ate at for years to enjoy conversations with candidates since they ARE family friends and will make a point to suggest a new meeting place. Absolutely NO interest in helping customers with pharmacy needs. Entirely too busy being a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional "King of the Counter". Last time walked away while talking face to face. This time over the phone. This is now TWO insurance companies who have him flagged as "uncooperative, unprofessional, disrespectful and rude". Kudos on taking "Old Mechanicsville" and making it VERY easy to decide which Westbury I will take certain Rxs to. NOT THERE! Courtesy goes a long way and you've got a long way to go on learning it!

Beware Of Pharmacy! I was given the WRONG medication, my prescription was mixed up with someone else's. This place is old, outdated and the ladies fixing food don't wear gloves. When I talked to the pharmacy, they seemed unapologetic and unconcerned. The WRONG MEDICATION is a big deal and directly effects someone's health. My prescription is now at another pharmacy, where it is safely and responsibly filled each month. Again, this place is old, outdated, and risky. Don't go here- (Hide)
