      Do not trust this place for repair. After getting my boat back from repair. I found the cover to engine area damaged. I put boat in water and started boat and immediatly heard loud knocking noise in motor that was not there previously. I turned motor off and opened engine compartment to find water pouring in my boat from side of engine block. There is no way the could have water tested my boat as they say the did and not overheat boat and damage it. In addition I ordered an additonal part that I had to prepay for before they would order it. So I had prepaid cash was given receipt which I have and they still say I never paid for it. Paul is an absolute liar. My friend was there and witnessed me paying them and whos boat has been there for 4 months and they cant fix it. If you do not want to be ripped off. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

      Established in 1975, D's Marine Service has been serving boating enthusiasts in McHenry and surrounding counties for more than 35 years. Certified technicians service Mercury, Mariner, Force, Chrysler, Johnson and Evinrude. Mercruiser, OMC Cobra and Volvo Penta stern drives. They offer every service you can think of from boat maintenance and engine repair, to the littlest detail of repairing canvas, interior, fiberglass, gel coat, skegs, props and trailers. The harbor has 98 slips available in the summer and dry storage in the winter.
