We dropped our taxes off over 6 weeks ago. We were asked to provide some information (e.g. milage, rent, etc) that we called in the very next week. Went in today (6/18/14) to check on status and they had yet to even touch them. Was told they were waiting for information from us and when they were told it was called in they acted surprised. Even if they had not been would not good cutover service (and common sense) dictate that they follow up with the client. I wouldn't them do taxes on my son's paper route! Terrible experience!!

We used to live in Cascade, Idaho and Rick prepared our taxes for approximately 2-3 years before we moved back to California. He and his staff have our taxes completed faster than anyone we've ever used in the past. In addition, we moved back to California in 2005, and because we know we can always count on having our taxes prepared in a timely manner, even when we are a little late submitting them, we still have Rick Lamm prepare our taxes, and send everything to his office FedEx, but this year we sent our tax organizer online. From what I've read, if I understood it correctly, IRS is going to be requiring some tax preparers to be CPA's - so that is perfect if that is going to be required. So if you are looking for someone dependable, efficient/accurate, honest and can count on having taxes prepared and filed on time - LOOK NO FURTHER! Martha, California
