General Info: As the director of A Touch of Dance, I would like to take a moment to tell you about the school. Since its opening in 1987, A Touch of Dance has established itself as an institution of quality training in the art of dance. The center, which offers professional instruction in various dance art forms, affords students the opportunity to explore their desire to express themselves physically through movement with poise and confidence. Past and present students alike use their training to enhance themselves in both their artistic and personal lives. Many students use their talents by participating in various functions in their communities, such as school variety shows and productions. Former students have performed in national tours, regional theater, Disney World, cruise ships, theme parks and have returned to A Touch of Dance as staff members. Each year students learn to expand their ability to perform on stage in a professional manner and socially with confidence by participating in our annual concert. This fun filled activity has given many of our students memories that will last a lifetime, and we invite you to join us in making memories! In conclusion, it will be my pleasure to welcome you to A Touch of Dance, your center for quality training in the performing arts.
