Amazing experiance with the staff. So helpful

Super experience with this dealership. John Waters had answered my initial email almost immediately with a list of vehicles that met my very specific needs greeted us at the door of a spotless building. They had the vehicle I wanted to test drive brought from their other location and waiting for me. It wasn't exactly as described, it was better, and I couldn't have asked for more accommodating people. But by the far the best part of the "Frenchie's Experience" is meeting Frenchie himself. came across the showroom floor smiling directly at us in the office, and ... his body language, his posture, and the twinkle in his eye, he was already saying "Thank you for your business". His conversation was fun, humorous, and informative, and I immediately felt I could trust him and be comfortable doing more business with his dealership. On Thursday March 17th I was on my way to pickup my granddaughter from school. On the Parker Ave. bridge my right rear tire blew with a 4 carriage bolt imbedded in it. It was 3:50 pm. I called Alisa in your service dept. immediately and she said she would send help shortly. About 4:05 a young man showed up and determined the tire to be beyond repair. He changed the tire, using the donut spare. He told me to bring the car first thing in the AM and theyd fix it. I took the car in at 8 AM And it was fixed and returned to me by 8:20. I was impressed by your service dept. It couldnt be any better. All your service department does is amazing. Thank you, Tom S.

Frenchie's Chevrolet treated my familly with the best service I've ever seen from a car dealership. Frenchie even gave my child some chocolate to keep them occupied.(for the moment LOL)

i have heard bad things about Frenchie's in the past but despite the bad publicity i brought my beloved car there after i struck a deer when i got her back all seemed well but looks can sometimes be deceiving i called the manager to get the problem fixed and he seemed somewhat appalled that i was bringing a problem with the performance of his shop to his attention and i felt he did not treat me the consumer with the up most respect that after spending over four grand at his shop you would think would be included in the package I'm sure the problem will get fixed without further error but Frenchie's gets two out of five stars for customer service from me five stars being the best service ever and one being you where better off fixing the problem yourself
