This pharmacy doesn't value its patients/customers, even IF the medications your doctor prescribes are expensive and would be the bread-and-butter of other independent pharmacies and you've been a regular monthly customer for five years. Marcus is condescending (with no apparent justification since he's short, big eared and lacking in basic social skills) and willing to easily lie on the spot. Case in point, he told me my insurance company said it was too soon to fill a certain medication that many pharmacies in the area were running short on due to a recall and to come back the next day without worry because he promised to set aside the number of pills necessary to fill the script. Went back the next day, a female pharmacist said that they didn't have enough of the medication and Marcus KNEW that but he also didn't set aside the medication as promised. This sent me on a THREE day hassle (including a a Sunday when many places have reduced hours) of driving to various pharmacies in my area and beyond, ultimately getting it filled in Queens, NY. I had to go those three days without my medication which was a hardship, and when I called my health insurance company for assistance (who found a pharmacy with stock that also accepted my plan), they not only told me the medication *could* have been filled (because it was NOT too early) the day when Marcus said otherwise, they stated that I wasn't the first to mention something of that nature about that very same pharmacy. STAY CLEAR of this place! I recommend Arlo Drug Store in Massapequa Park which has better pricing and will deliver your medication(s) to your door if that is what you need.
