Counselors are knowledgeable and caring, they helped me with my budget and showed me my options on how to handle my... (More) Counselors are knowledgeable and caring, they helped me with my budget and showed me my options on how to handle my debts. The analysis was free, and they said if I did sign up for a debt management program there was no upfront fees or enrollment charges.
Best of all, I checked them out and they were licensed, bonded, nationally accredited, and a member in good standing with the better business bureau.
The web site was a great source of information about credit and budgeting. And, when I do get out of debt, I will be going back to the Homeownership Center to help me buy a home, get downpayment assistance and where to find a grant. (Hide)
