This bank has very inconvenient hours (9-5 Mon thru Friday ONLY) and if you lose your card or it stops working for any reason between those hours, too bad because you will not be able to reach one live person that can help you or that wants to. The service is horrible. They WILL charge you for everything and anything they can because "they have to make money too". I banked here for many years and for about 6 of those, I had no complaints as it was under different management, but in the last year, new management has taken over and in my own opinion, that's when service started to slump. After 8 years of banking here, I am happily moving else where!
