If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service & terrible skills. My daughter's birthday cake for her 2nd birthday looks like a 5 year old wrote on it and decorated it. Extremely disappointed. I actually tried tipping them, and couldn't believe how rude they were about it and denied it. Did not smile at me a single time. Did not thank me for my business, did not tell me to have a good day or anything of the sort. They seemed to just want to rush me out of their building. I called to make a complaint and was told they "cant control" their employees decorating and they weren't the boss. When I asked if they could pass the word along that I was disappointed, they said no, that I could just call back another time. I got a cake from Kathy's Cakes for my daughters first birthday and was SO impressed and she was SO nice. SHE really goes above and beyond and gives you EXACTLY what you want and then some. Unfortunately I couldn't get ahold of her in time this year. But I will NEVER return to L&p!!

I tried another cake baker and was very disappointed. I seen her work and look good. But when I picked up my cake I was upset. Never again. So my business will stay with L/P cakes. They taste and look so much better. You are a wonderful :) thank you. Sally Hopkins

Linda has made my childrens cakes for birtdays, baptisms, 1st communions, graduations and I have used her for many social events for groups I belong to for many years. I have never had a complaint from anyone- her cakes are always super fresh and the icing is the best around. She is always very nice and professional When I place orders our orders are always done the exact way I have ordered them. I recommend L and P to many friends and relatives.I have also worked with Linda at wedding set ups and she is very professional and dedicated to what she is doing

This woman is very rude and treats ger customer's very disrespectfully. She also does not do anything that you tell her to do as far as how you would like your wedding cake to be and she lies and says that she doesnt care. She doesn't take care of unhappy customer's at all...She simply just does not care if you like her cake or not. Her cake is awful and I would never recommend her to anyone for what she did to me and my husband's wedding cake. It was nothing the way we were promised it was going to be and the taste of it was even worse. Please do not go to this woman. She is HORRIBLE!!!! She RUINED our wedding cake and we told her that and she said she didn't care and that she had the best cake in Marion and our buisness didn't matter to her. Don't go to this woman. She is a liar and a FRAUD!!!
