To the other person writing the review, if you would PAY your bill with them, or make contact with them regarding it, then they wouldn't have had to come get the instrument. They are a business.We have 2 children in band and I have been very pleased with them so far. They fixed my daughter's clarinet as soon we took it in for a cork problem. (Free of charge) We made 1 late payment due to a family emergency that cleaned out our funds, and they were more than willing to work with us.

How unfortunate the other person wrote such a terrible review. I have been working with this company through 3 kids in band and they have never been anything but wonderful. In fact, I'm the worst payer. I go 4 to 5 months without making a payment, then they send a letter and I catch up. Never have they been rude about payments and are always willing to work with you. In fact, they have the best trade in policy anywhere. If you rent to own an instrument from them, and then later want to trade in for a new or different one, all the money that you have paid towards the purchase price is applied to the new one. No one else offers that kind of service. I've gone to the "other" music store in Marion, and they were not as helpful.

They don't work with families regarding payment and they send the gestapo to your child's school to pull the instrument from their fingers....without consulting parents first, opting to embarrass and upset the child. Do not rent through this company they are shoddy and never send payment reminders!
